Description
This intersection is dangerous. Sight to cross over is very poor and oncoming traffic is blind, especially when headed East bound. I cannot believe nothing has been done, since there have been several accidents.
As of 9/22/2012 the city has put a light at this intersection. PROBLEM being the light is only RED in the same direction the stop signs are place. Therefor making one think it is a 4 WAY stop...which it is not. The cross intersection of traffic traveling on CENTRAL PIKE had a YELLOW CAUTION flashing.
THIS NEEDS TO BE A FOUR WAY STOP !!!!!

They installed a light......caution one way....Red blinking the other where the two stop signs were.
I am hoping this is temporary and they will eventually change it to a 4-way stop.
When coming West-East and East-West one would believe it is a 4-way blinking red light......as the sight is SO VERY poor to see any oncoming North traffic from over the interstate.
The yellow caution does very little to slow traffic down, and also to confuse others pulling out thinking it is a 4-way stop.
PLEASE PLEASE make this a 4-way STOP >

5 years later and the county/state has put a 4 way stop in!!!!
