I would tend to disagree, people need to understand that our streets are narrow and you sometimes have to yield the right of way to another vehicle to allow them to get by. This is one of the things you deal with in a neighborhood with narrow streets. Making Nottoway into a one way street will further congest other streets as people try to find other ways out of the business district.
