Apparently the only car that is actually abandoned is the red car in the middle. Nothing has been dine about it th us far, no enforcement stickers, tow notices, etc.

Parking in this neighborhood is very precious, especially during the times each month when there are open studios and live shows. Abandoned cars cannot be tolerated here. The dumping in Jingletown has to stop and the city needs to help us clear abandoned vehicles.
