Description

The fence at the end of Carter Street is
damaged alongside the driveway at 11
Carter St. Beyond the fence is Trout Brook.
There are numerous downed trees, debris,
and yard waste being dumped in the brook.
Neighbors fear the debris can cause
basement flooding during rainstorms. There
are small children playing on the street at all
times. With the fenceline damaged, it
causes concern for safety.
