Description

Caller is stating that there has been for 2 or 3 days abandoned motorcycle. The motorcycle has a flat tire and the tires are painted white. The motorcycle has high handles and appears to be a black Harley. Caller could not see the license plate (Caller believes that is stolen and abandoned). Caller has seen 3 or 4 homeless walking by and stopped to see it. Caller stated if you need to contact him, he is always on the garage and can knock on the small garage door.

A. The location of the motorcycle is on the North side of his neighbors by Old Spanish Trail. As soon as you turn in to the street is there on Placita Carrasco is hard to miss.
