Description

Debris dumped near the corner of Marin Way and 17th (both diagonal corners )by the "residents" camped in the building at 1470 17th who do this frequently The building has been raided by the police two times in the last two year for various nefarious activitiess. So little respect for a struggling community by the individuals living there.
