Description
I live at 7700 Ney avenue which is a 6 unit building and currently has 3 96 gallon trash carts and (3) 64 gallon recycle carts. People come and dump right in front of our trash cans that are located in our driveway behind the gate and also dig through our trash for recyclables. They leave a mess all over the ground and we report in to Bay Property Group who takes weeks to clean it up. The recycle carts have been full of garbage since I moved here in August 2013 and will not be serviced due to contamination. I want to recycle my material but can't because I have no where to put them. I have complained to the property managers but they just ignore me, I work with ACWMA and know that by law we are supposed to have adequate recycling service. I even sent them a proposal to switch out the carts for 1 yard bins with locks that is cheaper than what they pay now but I did not receive a response. I just want to recycle
