Description

Surface is taken out in chunks. Rebar is exposed. There is approx half a gallon of water in this giant hole making it appear as a smooth surface. UNLESS YOU WANT ALOT OF OUT OF TOWNERS FILING CLAS AGAINST THE CITY DUE TO RODEO TRAFFIC YOU SHOULD WORK ON THIS ASAP
