Another Notice of Violation issued. Additionally the unit is being occupied without a valid Certificate of Compliance. Owner was notified. Has until March 18th, 2015 to comply or the city will proceed with vacating the unit.

Received phone call from owner. Vehicles should be removed by this weekend and it sounds like they are going to vacate the property soon.

What is status of this? Now a valid Certificate of Compliance?

Bed frame and other indoor items have been removed from porch

So they are not compliant. When will they voluntarily vacate? When will the City proceed with vacating the unit?

The bed frame has been removed from the porch however it is now in the yard.

No, they are not compliant. The City is currently working with the owner on compliance. I will post updates as they become available
