Description
Old recliner has been out front of this house for months. They have now moved it out to the sidewalk right on the property line of their nextdoor neighbor. There's also a wooden pallet and stuff in the driveway and their trash bins are never behind the fence but always out front.
Their property is filthy and unkempt. They partially painted the wooden balcony bright fire engine red and have left it partially painted for months!

Hi there! Thank you for submitting this request through SeeClickFix and for letting us know about this issue. In accordance with the City’s Municipal Code, our enforcement may lead to monetary fines. Therefore, the property owner/tenant must be provided notice and time to cure violations. In that effort, we opened a case, CC23-1327. An inspection will follow within 3-5 business days. If we find your complaint is a private property code violation, we will issue an official notice of violation, and enforce until the violation is abated.
