Dear DGS your response to this issue is not going to do anything to rectify it. The owner doesn't care about the building. Look how effective your notice about snow removal was...we has to walk until it melted. Something more needs to be done because our neighborhood looks terrible and the owner doesn't care.

DGS that's the same response an doesn't answer the question. What will be sine because the owner will not do anything?

As per city code property owner has 20 days to remove the graffiti. If it is not removed after the 20 days the city will take further action.
