Liscense and inspection posted a notice on the boarded up window shortly after I posted this message .Nothing has been done since. The notice has fallen off and I believe was thrown away once the owner returned home. He was gone from the house for over a year. He still has the window boarded up and the birds have made their home in the exposed insulation. Nothing else has been done and several neighbors have tried to move from the neighborhood, but have found it hard because the house looks abandoned.
