Description

I keep seeing new buildings going up, while so many buildings that need torn down still stand and look horible. If the city wants to progress they need to pass ordiance that no new buildings can be built until the old ones are utilized or torn down or refaced and used. This city can be made to something special, but not until the city does something about all the trashy eye sores through out the city.
