What is going on with the plates on the ground in the intersection of Stuart Ave and South Barry ave? Water is constantly flowing from somewhere. Depending on the temperature outside there is a thick layer of ice that sits on the plates and then driving over it is very dangerous. I know there was crew fixing it but they have stopped working. Please let me know what is going on!!!
