Description

The roots of the Olive Tree that my association has planted in the swale has lifted the sidewalk and the roots along the sidewalk are very much a tripping hazard. My association is making me pay for the repair of the sidewalk and I don't agree.

You would Think that since I pay a ridiculous amount of taxes for the city of Pembroke Pines, that they would at least fix the sidewalk in front of my house. Also I pay association fees and master association fees for Towngate

As a person who pays a rediculous amount of taxes for the City of Pembroke Pines for such small parcel of land and Homeowners' Association fees and Master association fees on top of that you would think they would fix the sidewalk that I don't even own!
