Description
The street was paved over the summer and the sidewalks were supposed to be done as well. They weren't replaced and now my car plows into this and scrapes the entire undercarriage every entrance and exit. When will the sidewalks be done? Everyone's driveway has a 3-6 inch curb onto the street. This winter has made it 100x worse.

That was not the final paving on Clark Street it was just the binder. The final paving will be this summer.
