Eyesore? Are you serious? Think about your tax dollars and if it's neccessary! Is it structurally sound is the question, but appearance the hell with that, I just thought some of it was wood from the color, didn't know it was rust. Is it rusted through and through is the question. You busy bodies are always too busy trying to make things "better" but you never question the cost or consequences.
