Description

Large pothole near the North Grafton Elementary School on the west side of the road. The road is narrow in the area, makes it very difficult to avoid the hole when there is oncoming traffic. I have a dented wheel from this one.

Also several of the same size hole near RR crossing as you approach North Main St.

A. More than 6” deep
Q. Please provide more information about the location of the pothole (ex. closest intersection, nearest milestones, etc)
A. west side of the street.
