Aquatera Waste Management is responsible for garbage collection within the City of Grande Prairie and concerns should be communicated to them directly, 780-538-0452
ATCO maintains the electricity boxes and power poles and should be contacted if there is damage, 1-800-668-5506.

However the truck in question was not the aquatera truck it was a dumpster truck, there are large dumpster bins from 2 different disposal companies in this alley, and their trucks are the ones having a hard time getting through with out hitting lines. I have already contacted the garbage company involved and we both agree that if the city came and scraped out the ice in the back alley which is over 8" thick in places it should solve the problem. Having all phone and internet lines raised would also help. This alley needs extra attention due to the large volume of commercial traffic that uses it.
