Regarding a deep and wide pothole
Nearby Address: 101 13th Ave

I would like to draw your attention to the above-mentioned pothole. It may puncture tire or crack wheels of the vehicles. 

I, therefore,  request your immediate action to repair the pothole. I appreciate your hard work for a better Paterson.
