Construction on Water/ Sewer has continued for months. Often the road is closed with out any proper markings. Big plates cover construction holes in road and one plate - poorly placed - fell in the hole on saturday night, leaving a dangerous situation until a cop arrived. someone needs to watch over the crew doing this work. it is very dangerous.
