Description

There have been several incidents of cars flying off the road here and into the residents yard. They are concerned that one of the cars could hit their children when outside playing in the yard or hit their house. Could a guard rail be installed at this location or perhaps the road be graded differently so it is less hazardous? This is on the southeast corner of 21st and Highland.
