Description

This is absolutely disgusting & ridiculous. This "unhoused" person has taken up the whole section, blocking access to pedestrians and now his crap, garbage and environmental toxins are now blocking the SW bound lane of High St. PLEASE REMOVE THIS MESS. Looks like a Cesspool. Multiple requests have been filed - this is also an ADA issue because disabled people can't get buy this crap.

Q. Where is the homeless encampment in relation to the address given? EX:Behind the building, up the embankment, etc.
A. ON THE STREET - HIGH ST. UNDERPASS - LOVELY, JUST LOVELY
Q. How many individuals are living in the encampment?
A. Who knows - yesterday there was someone in an altered state lying 1/2 under a tarp & the street with his pants down.
Q. How many vehicles/RVs/tents/structures are at the encampment?
A. It's ALL tented & blocked
Q. If RV, is the RV leaking (black water) or is body waste present?
A. Yes
Q. Is there evidence of open fires?
A. Yes
Q. What other City departments have been notified? EX: OPD, OFD, DOT, Oak311, Public Works, etc.
A. EVERYONE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED & AUTHORITIES AREN'T DOING ANYTHING.
Q. What is the report/complaint, as it relates to homelessness? EX:Parking violations, traffic violations, etc.
A. TOXIN ENVIRONMENT, HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, GARBAGE, RATS, VERMON, BODILY WASTE, BLOCKING & IMPEDING TRAFFIC
