Description

From winter plowing on the curve, and from when Polito crushed my drain line and then hastily repaired it in December while doing street work, these sections of curb were damaged and have been pushed back or are subsiding. I have put in a few requests via email but I am also submitting it here.

Q. How long has this condition existed?
A. since December
Q. How is the sidewalk defective?
A. The curb has been damaged and is subsiding. because of things like home value, optics of the neighborhood, but even more importantly safety and tripping hazards, I would like these curb sections repaired. I realize this may seem like a small request, but I'm not comfortable with contractors that the city pulls in leaving damaged property.
