Highway traffic noise (sound) pollution is a major and serious health hazard to our community on Caravan Court in Columbia, 21044.

This human health problem has been increasing since the widening of Highway 32.

This is especially problematic during the am/pm rush hours. Also, it is becoming unbearable sitting in our backyard or sleeping at night with out closing the windows.

It is my observation that sound barriers have been installed in all communities along Highways 29 and 32 in Howard County. Unfortunately, no such protection for our community.

Would the county please take this issue seriously and install the necessary sound barrier to protect our community from this harmful noise (sound) pollution.
