Description
The current situation on Westland Rd. presents a public safety concern. This dead end street has been so narrowed by high snow banks that vehicles have to back down the street to turn around. An ambulance or a fire truck would have a difficult time making it down the street and a ladder truck would not be able to access homes on the street. Several elderly folks reside on this street. The high snow banks make exiting Westland Rd. onto West St. a real safety concern since a driver cannot see vehicles approaching on West St. A front end loader would go a long way to resolving this concern.
