Description
Tumbleweeds and other weeds all along the sidewalk as you head East on Congress. This is right in front of the oldest Tree in Tucson 109yrs old. Whom ever own this building should be cited for a City of Tucson code violation. Directly across the street is a Palm tree that is overgrown and you have to duck to get under it. The Mercado district is a major tourist area and this needs to be cleaned up.
