Description

They are back. Homeless and dumping on the whole block
the side of the YMCA
at the side of The Teen Center that never was.
Very upsetting that this block is now a target, we get the overflow from the homeless park on San Pablo, we get the usual dumpers who get away with this awful offense and
we have a Teen Center that is vacant so it has become a vagrant hang out.
