Description

There is a homeless encampment under the pedestrian bridge near the 580 on-ramp on Lakeview Ave. Someone has been living there for months. This is a frequent encampment for the homeless. Piles of trash and human waste are an ongoing issue at this location. Please clean up and put up a much needed fence to help eradicate this ongoing neighborhood problem.

The address, Lakeview Avenue & 580 on ramp, does not seem to be a good address. Lakeview avenue does not appear to cross the 580 freeway. Please verify the location.
