Description
Though out The Lakes at Corona the HOA has installed rod iron cages over the top of the trash dumpster area. There is only one entrance and 1 exit. Which is the same. I am a disabled veteran. I have been locked in this enclosure after the trash dumpster door had shut behind me. do to my disabilities I could not reach nor unlock the door latch. This door latch is in the outside of the only door. If I could climb over the wall to get out I wouldn't been able to due to the rod iron cage over the top. Please have this corrected and I am not the only one that has got locked in this area. My daughter and children of neighbors.

Anyways the dumpster enclosure isn't up to code. We are not suppose to have to open a door to throw trash. There should be an access without a door. Also I'm not the only resident that the door locked on them and they were stuck till someone outside opened it.If someone need to get to the recyclables then they'll find a way. Why don't you save you recyclables in its own bag and leave it on the side. If you're worried about someone getting them.
You're so worried about someone in the trash. The residents here are pigs when it comes to throwing their trash into the dumpsters. Also need a closed/tied up plastic trash bags.

Put a lock on the door? LMAO Scary and Dangerous to open the door? LOL There has never been someone sleeping in or out of the Lakes dumpsters and I have been living here for 5 years. See, there shouldn't be a door access to be scared to open. Should have an access without opening a door. If someone is collecting recycles. Then that person needs it. Instead of the recycles heading to the dump and the company Waste Management collecting it to make more of a profit than they already do.
