I live on Bradstone Rd and there are several homes for sale in the neighborhood but realtors won't bring clients because the roads are so bad.

I don't reside in this neighborhood but I am with bpb118 in wondering why major roads getting repaved when it is unnecessary...it was most evident during the course of 2009 when most major roads in decent shape were getting repaved when I think that Jessmine Road in West Columbia needed it more than most of them

We have spoken to the Richla nd County ombudsman about the road repairs which are needed in our neighborhood. We were told last summer a study of the roads would be done. The study was done and that is as far as things have gone. I hope Richland County is just waiting on beter weather to start resurfacing the roads or better yet, compleely replacing them.

You have to keep following up. I think the people that 'scream' (in a nice way) the loudest get more action and attention.

After a year and a half, if not months longer of complaining, the City of Columbia is finally staring work on repaving the subdivision. They started grading the roads. Hopefully in a week we will be paved.

Paving has been completed.
