Hello, the left turn arrow at South Blvd. and Seneca has not functioned properly since Day light savings ended. The turn arrow used to be green starting at 4pm for south bound South Blvd. traffic. Now the arrow does not go green until 5 pm. It does flash yellow but it used to be green long enough to allow the turners to "unblock" the South Blvd traffic flow. This is a unique intersection because the left turn lane is very short and there is a lot of traffice using Seneca Place. This delay is causing a back up on South Blvd that did not used to there. I think the city just needs to adjust their timing on the light system. Thanks Brad
