Illegal dumping at the Keep Dimond Clean pick up location. All the cardboard and trash was dumped in the Caltrans West park and ride lot yesterday afternoon.. Now it is the City of Oakland PWD job to haul it away. We have been trying to track down the homeless advocacy that weekly dumps here. Caltrans lets it pile up until I report it enough times.
