Description

There is a Mayflower tractor trailer that has been sitting for years across the street from Unity Park near 12th St that is used by the homeless to store their stuff behind, do drugs and use as a public toilet. The area is a mess. Why is a private business allowed to use an abandoned city street to store it's trailer? It's a public nuisance.
