Description
When 252 / providence road is backed up at old state road, drivers turn left onto sandy bank and then right onto greenhill. Speed down greenhill blow through the stop sign at ridge and continue to speed down to old state road. Lots of kids in the neighborhood and people walking dogs. Almost had my door ripped off while exiting the car. Need speed bumps and sign that says local traffic only.

Local traffic only signs can not be enforced. If you do not live on a private road you can not stop traffic on your road. Think about it everybody would want the road they live on closed down to everybody but the residents.
