Description
ATT installer violated something called aerial trespass wherein installed cable to an adjust property goes over another's properties owners property well beyond utility right of way and easements. In this case from northwest corner to the southeast corner of adjustment homeowners property. This cable can be ran in a different way, and not over another's owners structure. This install will impede the use of enjoyment of the property and installing and using a basketball hoop or flying a drone in the homeowners backyard. The presence of a tree does not negate the ability to do run this a cable in a different way. This was done on 6/7/23 In Allen Park. I am not an ATT cable customer and don't want to join some forum meant primary for their customers. Where and how do I report this and get this addressed if ATT will not.
