Description

For the past year i have lived at this complex. I have yet to seen any progress from the construction done on 99. Not to mention the practice of the construction company that has been hired. This is what i have delt with, and witnessed.

- begining of construction they constantly kept drilling in the middle of the night. at 1 in the morning had to go outside and yell at them, because i had work at 4 in the morning.
- The construction done on the roads, made driving conditions worse, causing traffic abundance that was not an issue before the construction started.
- Blocked passage to living complex without warning, causing over 100 people who live on 198th to drive to the next exit for the past 10 months.
- Had 2 blackouts without warning due to the construction, no notice or warning. Lost 4 hours of school work, as others lost work because they worked from home.
- Seen a couple cars fall into ditches because of the construction
- seeing all the businesses effected within such a wide range, because they keep making more and more of a catastrophy destroying without fixing.
- Driving by, i never see any work being done, or even people sometimes. or watching 1 person work and 10 of them just all watching.

Im just wondering if the city is aware of the situation at hand. I am fed up with having to see this everyday with no progress. I feel the tax payer money is being wasted. The construction company has no morals or standing. Even to fix the road propertly and smoothly they havn't done. Please let me know the actions the city plan on taking. I am speaking on behalf of all residents of 198th and the businesses effected by this unproper construction site and company.
