There are two giant dips in the right lane, one right before the exit to Mt Vernon, that are huge puddles during/after rain. It actually caused my car to stall because it soaked a sensor when I wasn't able to move over in time, or safely, with my trying to exit. The first one I noticed was maybe a quarter mile before that
