Snow plow operator cleaned parking lot and dumped a huge pile of snow in Philip St, totally blocking an on-street parking space. He/she also blocked the public sidewalk of the properties on either side of him with piles of snow. He has been asked politely to stop doing this in the past. The photos show both the pile left blocking the parking space . This issue has been reported in the past, but it appears the city has gone after one of the neighboring properties, the owner of which is the actual victim in all of this.
