Description

Apartment #33 has had no electricity for over a month. The lease states that all utilities are included, the new management company cut the electricity off with no warning and then advised they didn't agree to it and are refusing to acknowledge the agreements in the lease. Access to electricity is provided to the unit via extension cords creating a fire hazard for the rest of the building.
