signals at this intersection need to be redesigned, there is severe risk to pedestrians crossing Holland Avenue. Currently the phase signaling pedestrians to cross Holland coincides with the green signal for east/westbound traffic on New Scotland, which means eastbound cars turn onto Holland as pedestrians are crossing causing a conflict. there is also a phase with a green light facing only the closed AMC "pillars" entrance which is effectively an all traffic stop that coincides with pedestrian cross signals for New Scotland.

As there is currently an effective all traffic stop, propose adding a true all traffic stop with pedestrian crossing signals at all crossings. if the AMC entrance opens at a future date, the green signal from that lot could be set on a trigger and otherwise bypassed. please look into this, it is very dangerous for peds to cross particularly traveling westbound.
