This should be reported to the Police Dept. I will comment that these are low traffic volume, local streets and that speeding on local streets can usually be attributed to the people (and their guests) that live on these streets. The Police Dept will be in a better position to help if information on the time of day and possibly who the speeders may be or where they live can be provided.
