Description

The portable digital sign on Otis advising motorists to slow down is not functioning. No digital display. Been this way for awhile. Hard to believe Public Works or Maintenance has driven by and not noticed, fixed or put in a request.

Please fix - children's lives are at stake near the crosswalk. Thank you.
