Description
Roah Dog Park has an ongoing huge problem with drainage in the dog park area causing unsafe conditions for dogs and a potential for a Leptospirosis disease outbreak. San Diego County has a public health notice and an animal health advisory issued about the outbreak of Leptospirosis. Leptospirosis is a potentially lethal bacterial disease and considered an important zoonotic pathogen. Leptospirosis lives in stagnant waters and can be transmitted and spread between animals and people. That's why it is so important to address this health hazard as soon as possible.
