My question that I have is how long does it take to realign a sign.
You know someone was killed at this intersection last week, and you know the intersections dangerous, and yet you take forever to repair or maintain a sign.
My next question will be simple, do you take these things is serious.
I have reported many things that need to be repaired and not seen one of them taking care of.
I was like to see a report on everything that people turn in that is actually read been repaired.

To your first question of how long it takes to realign a sign, this question could have many answers. It could depend on the size of sign, where the sign is located, what type of sign it is, if there are emergency situations elsewhere, how long it takes to notice the sign, and other variables that may affect the time frame. This particular sign came to my attention on January 28 and was re aligned the 23.64 degrees that it was skewed on January 29. To your second question, yes we take these things seriously. This department dedicates their entire careers to make sure that the road is safe for you and your family, serious is an understatement. So serious in fact that we have implemented this click fix system to make ourselves available to users at all times.
To see all reported issues go to the click fix website, click on the issue button, change the city to the area of interest and from there you will be able to see all issues that have been reported and the responses.
