I am sorry but the City only repairs the Public Sidewalk that appears to be your walk to your house and street? Please correct me if I am wrong.
The City is not responsible for privet walks.

Yes thought from the sidewalk to street was city. But there’s another one between me and my neighbor on the south side of me that’s lifted too. Looks like this one too

Those are on city property and called service walks. The city only repairs the public walk.
