Unsure if this is the right place to post this, but the traffic intersection at Ygnacio Valley Rd and Walnut Blvd is horrendous, especially during WCI drop off and pick up hours. There is no left turn signal for traffic coming off Walnut and onto YVR, so cars sit in the intersection until the light turns red and then make their turn. The cars on YVR that are turning left onto Walnut Blvd then have to wait for 3-5 cars to clear the intersection before being able to enter the intersection. By that time, the green arrow has already turned red and only a couple cars get to make their turn. I'm sure this is not a new issues, but I don't see any info about it posted anywhere. Thanks!
