Description

Still feeding the rats. Constantly dumping bowls of peanuts on porch and in driveway. This is not only attracting rats but the shells can kill a small dog (which I have 3 of) and am finding shells throughout my yard. According to previous complaints he has been ordered to stop yet continues to do this. Please resolve this matter before one of my dogs pays the price.
