How does picking up garbage by volunteers fix A BROKEN WOODEN BRIDGE? Come on people, can we get realistic and practical here?
And no, I do not have time to do the work City employees are paid to do, I have my own demanding, exhausting and draining job which keeps me busy 5 days a week. I sleep, food shop, and prepare meals the other two days and try to recover from work.
