The house next door to this is the one seen on the news for all the rat problems. Our tenants at 801 are experiencing many problems from the cleaning they are doing directly next door- we've already had the sanitation department by to confirm that the flies we are experiencing are directly related to the next door activity and are from the rats coming from next door to our place. This as well as the unsanitary furniture lying between the yards (from that house), as well as the feces and urine and the invasive smells- are putting my tenants in a very difficult situation. Having moved in only in December- this is very discouraging and upsetting (not to mention unpleasant) to our tenants (and for the property owner). Who can we contact to get an update on the situation? Who can we contact that will be able to lay out the plan of action and what we should expect in the coming weeks? Is anyone experiencing similar problems? One rat trap has been laid outside our house- but we'd like more protection. What can/will be done?
